587 appears when material authority has arrived at a genuine calling — a moment where the standing and power earned through change are being specifically called toward a larger purpose — but the appropriate response requires genuine inner investigation before the authority can be exercised in service of the calling.

The Judgement’s trumpet is sounding. Something is specifically being asked of the material authority. And the 7 says: the genuine inner investigation of what that calling is, what it requires, and whether the exercise of the authority is genuinely aligned with it must happen before the response.

The 2 reduction says the calling is relational — the larger purpose involves genuine engagement with others. The authority’s response to the Judgement call will specifically involve cooperative engagement, not unilateral action.
